Introduction
Cross-device tracking is a feature in the Rakuten Advertising platform that enables tracking clicks and purchase events from the same user on different devices. These events are tracked across different browsers or devices from where the final conversion occurred.
Brand Features
Follow these steps to check if your brand partner is cross-device tracking enabled:
- Go to Program Info in the navigation header.
- Click the Features and Services tab.
- In the Features window, there will be a green check mark next to Cross-Device Tracking if they are enabled.
Next Steps
If the brand you are working with is already connected with our cross-device tracking offering, you will be automatically enrolled and experience the benefits of cross-device tracking.
