Introduction
Most login issues can be resolved by ensuring you are logging into the right place with the correct credentials.
- Check that you are logging into your Partner Hub not one of our other products.
- Your login is the same for all Rakuten Advertising applications.
- Logins are case sensitive, make sure to enter it the same as when you registered.
Common Issues
These are common issues you might face when logging in; click the + for more information:
I do not know which email was used to create my account.
Contact Customer Support for help finding the email address that was used.
I forgot my password.
I know my email, but I cannot reset my password.
You might have registered with a different email address. Customer Support can help you update the email address on file.
I know my email and password, but I cannot log in.
If you know your email and password but are still having problems logging in, check the following:
- Emails and passwords are case-sensitive. Make sure you are typing them the same way as when you registered and that your Caps Lock key is not on.
- Try clearing the cache and cookies of your browser and then try to log in again. You can also try another browser.
- You are required to reset your password every 180 days.
- Your account might have been terminated by our Network Quality team. If this is the case, an email has been sent notifying you of your account termination. Contact the Network Quality team at ra-compliance@rakuten.com with your account name and SID for more information.
I am logged in, but I cannot see my Partner Hub.
We recommend trying the following:
- Use another browser.
- Disable all browser extensions.
- Use browser incognito mode.
- Try using Partner Hub from a home internet network.
If the issue persists, consult your IT department.
If you still need help logging in, contact Customer Support.
