Rakuten supports two-factor authentication (2FA) for Partner Hub. 2FA is only enabled for those who request it. Contact Customer Support to request enablement.

Definition

2FA is an identity and access management security method that requires two forms of identification. 2FA protects against phishing, social engineering, and password attacks. It secures your logins from attackers exploiting weak or stolen credentials.

How It Works

Once Customer Support enables your account for 2FA:

1. When a log in is attempted, an email containing a 6-digit code is sent to the address on file. 
2. The login page is redirected to a to a 2FA page where you will be prompted to enter the 6-digit code from the email.
3. Retrieve and enter the code, and you will be able to continue to Partner Hub.
