Introduction

You may receive an error message when joining Partner Hub. Below are tips to resolve common errors.

Unable to Capture

If you receive an error message like: "We are sorry, but we were unable to capture your information. Try again later," we recommend checking your browser settings and clearing your cache. If the problems persist, try using a different browser.

Social Media Authentication

You must authenticate at least one of your social media accounts to sign up for Partner Hub. The exact steps vary by platform, so check with them if you are unable to authenticate your accounts.

Formatted Incorrectly

If you receive a message indicating your information is formatted incorrectly, most likely your password is the issue. Your password should be at least eight characters long and have a number, an uppercase letter, and a special character.

If you still get formatting errors after checking your password, check these elements:

  • Profile or Business Name: Must not exceed 60 characters.
  • Short Description: This may include up to 255 characters and spaces.

URL Error

The URL to your website or blog that you can optionally provide should be live and accessible for the automatic system check and subsequent completion of the registration process.
