Manually Switch or Join Offers Early

Introduction

There are two ways for you to participate in offers in Partner Hub:

  1. Your brand partner can assign them to you directly. On the effective date they select, you will be moved to the relevant offer automatically. No action is needed on your part.
  2. You can manually switch to new offers and join offers early. How to do this is detailed below.

You can view all offers available or assigned to you by going to Program Info in the navigation header and clicking the Offers tab.

 Note

Your brand partner can make public offers available to you without assigning them. These offers will not have an effective date.

Key Concepts

As you view the offers available or assigned to you, keep the following concepts in mind; click the + for more information:

Participation Rules
  • You can only participate in one regular public or private offer at a time.
  • You can participate in more than one special offer in addition to the public or private offer you are already in. However, once you opt into an active special offer, you cannot opt out of it. Learn more about special offers.
  • You can join upcoming offers without affecting the offer you are currently in.
  • You can join or be assigned multiple offers if their dates and times do not overlap.
  • Even if you are currently participating in an offer that your brand partner assigned to you, you can still switch to another offer by following the instructions below.
Offer Statuses

When viewing offers on your brand partner's Offers tab, look at the Status column:

  • ! Assigned means the brand has assigned the offer to you, but you can join it before its effective date by following the instructions below.
  • Assigned means the brand has assigned the offer to you, but you cannot join it before its effective date.
  • Available means the offer has not been assigned to you, but you can still switch to it if you want by following the instructions below.
Joining Assigned versus Available Offers

If an assigned offer has the ! Assigned status described above, these are your options:

  • If the offer is currently live and the effective date is in the future, you can join the offer early. You will be moved to the offer immediately.
  • If the offer is upcoming and the effective date is after the offer's start date, you can join the offer on the start date.

If an offer has the Available status described above, these are your options:

  • If the offer is currently live, you can join and start participating in it immediately.
  • If the offer is upcoming, you can choose to join the offer on its start date.

Instructions

Follow these steps to manually join an offer:

  1. Go to Program Info in the navigation header and click the Offers tab.
  2. Find the offer in the Other available offers or Upcoming offers section.
  3. Click the three-dot menu on the right. As detailed above, your options depend on the offer's status and start date:
    • ! Assigned status:
      1. If the offer is live, select Join early.
      2. If the offer is upcoming, select Join offer on start date.
    • Available status:
      1. If the offer is live, select Join offer.
      2. If the offer is upcoming, select Join offer on start date.
  4. You will be prompted to accept the offer's Terms and Conditions. See the Offer Terms and Conditions section below for more information.

 Note

If you opt to join an offer on its start date, you will remain in your current offer until the upcoming offer goes live. Additionally, you will always be placed in an offer assigned by your brand partner, as assignments take precedence over manual joins.

Offer Terms and Conditions

When you join an offer, you are prompted to review the brand's Terms and Conditions. These vary per brand, so read the Terms and Conditions thoroughly.

You cannot participate in the offer unless you check the checkbox to indicate that you accept the Terms and Conditions:

You will be notified via the Notifications tab in Partner Hub of any changes to an offer's Terms and Conditions.
