Introduction
The Offers tab of a brand's Program Info shows all offers available to you. You can view the offer you are participating in, any additional active, upcoming, or special offers the brand has made available to you, and your offer history, if applicable.
To access this information, click Program Info in the navigation header, then click the Offers tab.
Sections
If your brand partner assigned you offers that you can join early, these will be listed in a banner at the top of the tab. Below that, your brand partner's offers are organized in the following sections:
- Current active offers: These are the live offers you are currently participating in.
- Other available offers: These are additional live offers your brand has made available to you. This includes offers you were assigned to participate in with an effective date in the future.
- Upcoming offers: These are offers with a start date that is in the future.
- Offers History: These are offers you formerly participated in.
All sections include a drop-down menu you can use to filter for a specific offer type, depending on what is available.
In each section, offers are listed along with key information such as their status, type, group offer ID, a summary of their commission terms, and their start, end, and effective date.
Offer Statuses
A key column in the tables on the Offers tab is the Status column:

This allows you to see at a glance whether an offer has been assigned or just extended, and whether you can join an offer early; click the + for definitions of each status:
The offer you are currently participating in and earning commissions for.
An offer that has been assigned to you by your brand and that you will be placed into on the effective date.
An offer that has been assigned to you by your brand and that you can choose to join before the effective date. Otherwise, you will be placed into it on the effective date.
A live or upcoming offer that has been made available to you, but that you will not automatically be placed in. You can join it if you wish.
An offer you previously participated in that has now expired.
You can also view definitions in the dashboard by clicking Offer status descriptions to the top right of the Current active offers table.
Quick View
Click an offer's name to display its quick view. This includes the key information listed above, the offer's cookie window, and whether it is enabled for auto-renew and TrueLock. For additional information, click View full offer details.
Full Details
The offer details page displays key components of the offer, its type, and commission rates and rules.
You can access it from the offer quick view, as detailed above, or by clicking the three-dot menu to the right of the row the offer is on and selecting View offer details.
Comparison Tool
The offer comparison tool allows you to view how an available or upcoming offer differs from the offer you are currently in. Follow these steps to display it:
- In the Other live offers or Upcoming offers section, find the new offer you want to compare with your current offer.
- Click the three-dot menu on the right.
- Select Compare with current offer.
The tool displays key comparison information such as the offers' commission summaries, cookie window, and whether they are enabled for auto-renew and TrueLock.
Available Actions
From the Offers tab, you can:
- Join an assigned offer early or on its start date.
- Switch offers.
- Leave certain types of offers.
