Offer Full Details Page

Introduction

An offer outlines the commissions you can earn when a customer uses one of your links to view and purchase your brand partner's products. When your brand partner creates an offer, they also specify its type, how long it will run for, and additional information that you can view on the offer's full details page.

Instructions

Follow these steps to view an offer's full details in Partner Hub:

  1. Click Program Info in the navigation header.
  2. Navigate to the Offers tab.
  3. Click the name of the offer you want to review. This opens a quick view.
  4. From there, click View full offer details.

Definitions

Generally, you will see the following information on an offer's full details page; click the + to view definitions:

Offer Name

What the offer is called.

Offer Type

This indicates whether the offer is public, private, or special. Learn more about offer types.

Offer Terms

These include specifics for this offer and creator approval guidelines. You are prompted to accept these terms when you join an offer. The brand may, at times, change its offer terms.

Group Offer ID

This identification number corresponds to the offer so that you can reference it.

Start and End Dates

The date and time the offer becomes active and expires. The brand can set its offers to start and end at any time during the day.

Date Joined

The day you started participating in the offer.

Effective Date

When a brand assigns an offer, they are prompted to select an effective date, which is the date on which you will be automatically moved to the offer.

Cookie Window

The number of days that can elapse between a referred customer's initial visit and a return visit in which they make a purchase that will earn the referring creator a commission. This is sometimes referred to as the return days.

Auto-Renew

Offers enabled for auto-renew will not expire.

TrueLock

TrueLock is a feature that allows the brand to set a transaction update window shorter than the 90-day maximum.

Transaction Update Window

The transaction update window is the number of days after an order takes place, during which the brand can cancel the transactions you sent them. By default, the transaction update window is 90 days.

Guidelines for Approval

These are the requirements for you to participate in the brand's offers.
