Add and Authenticate Social Channels

Introduction

Authenticating your social channels proves to the brand that you are the owner of your accounts and provides them with a clickable link to your social media profile. You can authenticate certain accounts when you apply for Partner Hub or when you update your channel details.

Instructions

Follow these steps to authenticate a channel after creating your Partner Hub account:

  1. Go to Account in the navigation header and click Social Channels.
  2. This takes you to your channel settings. Find the social media platform you want to add an account for and click Add.
  3.  The related platform will open and prompt you to log in to your account. The exact steps vary by platform, so follow the on-screen prompts.
  4. You will also be asked for your permission to share relevant data. You must grant us this permission in order to proceed.

Once you have logged in successfully, you will be returned to Partner Hub. A message on your screen will confirm that your account has been authenticated and added to your profile.
