Intended Audience
This article is for those who already have a Rakuten Advertising publisher account with access to the Publisher Dashboard. This includes publishers who have been notified via email that a current partner has granted them access to Partner Hub.
- If you are new to Rakuten Advertising and were emailed an invitation, view the steps to accept it instead.
- If you have neither received an invitation nor registered as a publisher, view the steps to apply for a Partner Hub account.
Instructions
You can apply online from your computer or mobile device. All major browsers are supported. If you have any issues, check out our common sign-up errors. Follow these steps to apply for a partnership:
- Go to the brand's splash page and click to apply, or open the email and click Log in.
- You will be redirected to a login page. Use your Publisher Dashboard email and password to log in. This takes you to the Partner Hub application flow.
- If your publisher account includes multiple channels, each with its own SID, you will be prompted to select one. Once you have made your choice, click Next.
- Read the Advertiser's Terms and Conditions, the Publisher Membership Agreement, and our Affiliate Network Policies. You must check the boxes to accept the terms before you click Submit Application.
Next Steps
Once you submit your application, a message appears confirming that it has been sent. The brand will review your partnership request and decide whether to accept or decline. Learn more about the application review process.
