Direct Deposit Confirmation Email

Introduction

If you selected direct deposit as your payment method, you will receive payment confirmations via email, as detailed in this article.

Confirmation Email from Cambridge

The email comes from confirmations@cambridgefx.com with the subject line "PAYMENT CONFIRMATION - CLIENT Rakuten Marketing LLC -." The included URL directs you to a Payment Confirmation page. Examples of each are below; click the + for more information:

Tracking Summary

Click the Tracking Number URL on the Payment Confirmation page to navigate to a page that displays the date, amount, and payee information, including name, account, address, and bank information.

Payment Confirmation PDF

Save the PDF attached to the Payment Confirmation email for your records. It includes a tracking number and a payment reference number that you can use to find the corresponding invoice in Partner Hub:

Confirmation Email from Monex

The email comes from rad-pub-payment@mail.rakuten.com with the subject line "Notification of Payment Initiation by Rakuten Advertising" The email includes a Wire Transfer Confirmation. Examples of each are below; click the + for more information:
