Introduction
Offers are an essential part of your partnership with a brand. They outline the commissions you can earn when a customer uses one of your links to view and purchase your brand partner's products.
How It Works
When you join Partner Hub, you are automatically placed in an offer chosen by the brand you were invited or applied to partner with. Usually, this is their baseline offer, which is their standard offer for creators new to their program.
The brand may then have you participate in other offers by assigning them or simply making them available for you to join at will. When they assign an offer, they select an effective date, which is the date you will be moved to the offer. In some cases, you may be able to join an assigned offer early.
Offer Availability Changes
A brand typically changes their available offers when they adjust their commission structures. How frequently this happens depends on the brand's program. Contact your brand partner directly for more information about the change. You can find their contact information in the About tab of their Program Info.
Note
When an offer expires, you are automatically placed in another offer of the brand's choosing. You will be notified of this change. You do not need to change links or reapply to partner with the brand, and you will be commissioned based on the offer you are participating in.
View Offers
You can view your brand partner's offers in the Offers tab of their Program Info. That is also where you can manually switch to available offers or join assigned offers early.
